Running into an issue like API errors, expired tokens, or unexpected timeouts? Here are a few simple steps you can follow to resolve them quickly.
Once you’ve subscribed to a PQAI+ Individual or Enterprise plan, your account will be given API access. The API Key lets you securely connect with PQAI’s API and start integrating it into your workflow.
Here’s how you can find your API key after upgrading:
#1. Go to search.projectpq.ai
#2. Click the user icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
#3. If you have not logged in already, log in to your PQAI account using the credentials you used during signup. Once logged in, click on My Account in the same sidebar. You will now be taken to the Your Account window.
#4. If you’ve subscribed to PQAI+Individual or the Enterprise plan, your API access token or key will be visible there. You can copy this token and use it to access PQAI’s API as per your plan limits.
Make sure to keep your API Key secure. It provides access to extended features such as faster searches, increased result limits, and automated query support.
