Our mission is to make patent searching accessible, efficient, and reliable. PQAI is free to use and is powered by advanced AI-driven technologies, offering valuable insights to help users navigate the vast patent landscape.

Content Guidelines

  • Original Content: We only accept original, well-researched content that hasn’t been published elsewhere. We do not accept promotional, low-value, or plagiarized content.
  • Audience Focused: Posts should be educational and insightful. Our audience consists of inventors, researchers, and IP professionals—avoid overly technical jargon or self-promotion.
  • Length: Posts should be at least 1,500 words to allow in-depth exploration of the topic while keeping the content concise and impactful.
  • Tone: Use a friendly and conversational tone that is easy to follow. We value clear and actionable insights, backed by data where possible.
  • Formatting:
    • Use short paragraphs, clear subheadings (H1, H2, H3), and bullet points to break up the text.
    • Include bold text to highlight key ideas or takeaways.
    • Ensure all references are properly cited, including links to original research or credible sources.
  • SEO and Keywords: Make sure your post is SEO-optimized, with relevant keywords naturally incorporated. Include a catchy meta description (up to 160 characters) that summarizes the content effectively.
  • Images and Media: Feel free to include high-quality images, charts, or infographics that support your content. Ensure all media is properly attributed and is free to use. Send these in a separate zip file along with your submission.

Editorial Process

  • Review: We reserve the right to edit your submission for clarity, style, and SEO purposes. All edits will align with PQAI’s brand voice, but we will notify you of any major changes before publishing.
  • Plagiarism Check: We run all submissions through a plagiarism check. Please ensure that your content is unique and original.
  • Backlinks: We allow one do-follow link to your website within the body of the post, provided it is relevant and non-promotional. We also encourage internal linking to existing PQAI blog posts where applicable.

What We Look for in a Blog Post

  • Hands-on experience or practical insights in the field of intellectual property or patent searching
  • Unique angles on previously covered topics, bringing new value or updates to the discussion
  • Thought leadership and evidence-based perspectives on patent-related challenges and trends
  • Clear, structured content that presents a well-rounded argument or analysis

What We Don’t Accept

  • Purely promotional or advertorial content
  • Plagiarized or poorly written articles
  • Topics that are irrelevant to our audience or mission
  • Excessive linking to your own website or products

Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions should be in Google Docs format.
  • Include a short author bio (1-2 sentences) and a headshot if possible.
  • We typically respond to submissions within two weeks. If you don’t hear back from us in that time, feel free to publish your post elsewhere.
