If you no longer wish to continue with your PQAI+ plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Here’s how to cancel your subscription in just a few steps:
#1. Go to projectpq.ai and click on the account icon (human icon) in the top menu.
#2. You will be redirected to the My Account page.
#3. From the left-hand sidebar, click on Subscriptions. You will see your active plan listed with a Manage option. Click Cancel next to your plan to stop your subscription.
Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to PQAI+ features until the current billing period ends. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
