The following terms outline the permissions and conditions associated with the use of the PQAI API (the “API”). All requests for API access must include an official email address and details regarding the intended use case, affiliation, and project timeline. PQAI API services are primarily available through paid subscriptions.
By accessing the API, you agree to these terms. PQAI reserves the right to deny or revoke API access if your usage does not comply with these terms or at PQAI’s sole discretion. These Terms of Use may be revised and updated periodically, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
Your access to the PQAI API is non-transferable, non-sellable, and cannot be re-licensed to third parties. API usage must not involve deceptive or unethical practices. Trial access to the API is provided solely for evaluation purposes and is limited to non-commercial use.
To use the API, it is essential that you provide accurate information about your institution or organization and your intended use of the data. Once you submit a request for access, you will receive a confirmation email. After manual review and approval of your request, you will receive an additional email with instructions on how to generate API tokens.
Commercial Use is defined as any use of PQAI data that results in financial or corporate outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial research and development, data services, consulting, product development, business decisions, policy making, or governmental activities. Commercial Use API plans include access to premium features and contribute to the support and maintenance of the PQAI platform.
Trial Access
Trial Access allows users to evaluate the API with limited functionality for non-commercial purposes. To request Trial Access, log in to your PQAI account, navigate to the PQAI’s Rapid API page All API use under this plan is subject to the terms and conditions in the PQAI general Terms of Use. Commercial use is strictly prohibited during the trial period.
Custom Access
Custom API plans provide subscription-based access for various use cases, including commercial or high-volume research. Pricing is based on the intended use case, attribution, and API volume and speed requirements. To request Custom Access, complete the API request form or contact us for further details. Upon approval of your request, you will receive a formal agreement, and an invoice will be issued for payment.
By using the PQAI API, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. PQAI reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with updates taking effect immediately upon posting.
